At Soccer Zone, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the pitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and footwear remains in its original box.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your gear, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
